In-stock products ship within 3 business days.
Shipping time for custom orders (such as EM collars, EM bracelets/anklets, and custom toys) varies depending on the number of orders waiting. I strive to ship all orders within 7 business days, but the wait may be longer.
Products ship via USPS or UPS. I strive to package products nicely and ship quickly to build customer trust!
Return & Exchange Policy
If you dissatisfied with a product, please reach out to me! Returns do not cover the cost of returning the item to Natural Dawg.

There are NO returns on custom EM products if the error is due to the customer's failure to properly measure the ankle/wrist or the dog's/cat's neck. There are videos in several places on this site that demonstrate how to measure. If I made a creation error, I will definitely remedy that situation.
