Shipping Policy
In-stock products ship within 3 business days, typically within 24 hours.
Shipping time for custom orders (such as EM collars, EM bracelets/anklets, and custom leashes) varies depending on the number of orders waiting. I strive to ship all custom orders within 10 business days, but the wait may be longer.
Products ship via USPS or UPS. I strive to package products nicely and ship quickly to build customer trust!
Natural Dawg is a one-woman business, so there may be times where shipping is delayed due to family vacation time. You will be advised of this at checkout so you can determine whether you are comfortable waiting for your order to ship.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you dissatisfied with a product, please reach out to me within 2 weeks! Returns do not cover the cost of returning the item to Natural Dawg.

There are no returns on custom EM products if the error is due to the customer's failure to properly measure the ankle/wrist or the dog's/cat's neck. There are videos in several places on this site that demonstrate how to measure if you need assistance. If I made a creation error, I will definitely remedy that situation. If you need help measuring, reach out with questions.
